Eliminate root causes before it becomes issue
Anakage provides proactive remediation platform which can be used to resolve issues before some one realises it. Common repititive tasks like cleanups and restarts can be set as rules based on organisation policies and it makes sure that endpoints are in good state. Using analytics dashboard and rules engine you can monitor endpoint states and user behaviour. It also enforces policies and rules using innovative reminder system so that problem is resolved at source. For example - Use it to coax employees to register on password reset portal. And our flexible platform can be extended to create any rules based on your needs.
Analytics Engine to monitor endpoints
Collect endpoint information like Anti Virus status, patches and program installed, last reboot time, status of last gpupdate. It allows you to collect information from various data sources like event logs and lets you analyze it. Get information of all before and after status. Monitor all the parameters at single place and take action when needed.
What we do
Run tasks based on triggers
Anakage can run silent tasks without user knowing it. For example it can always run disk cleanup when disk space becomes low, it can correct registry values when machine restarts. For example - it can correct registry value which decides if skype addin should be enabled or not. It can detect network and correct proxy settings needed.
Run tasks as reminders
If organisation wants to enforce machine restart policy of 3 days then Anakage reminder system will detect last restart date. When it crosses threshold it will show a reminder to user to restart. If user is in middle of some important work he can snooze it or take action. When he utilizes all the snooze our reminder system then forcibly restarts the machine. Similarly any task can be configured to run like a reminder if we want to take user permission.
Collect critical machine information
Collect information like Anti virus status, patch update status, status of last gpupdate etc. An agent can montitor the dashboard and take action instead of waiting for information from various sources. It helps specially when machines are not connected to a system like SCCM.
Rules engine console to configure
Administrators can configure rules for silent tasks and reminders to be shown to users. They can specify what should be triggered, how frequent should task be done etc.
Collect application logs
The system is designed in a way where there is no need of running behind users to gather more information in case they have reported any issue. Set a rule and all the logs will be pushed to server for agents to analyze.
Monitor user actions
See the granular details of what user has done, how many times they have snoozed, what actions has been run on their machines and the result. In case of any issue you can decide if you want to intervene manually.
